Arthur P. "Chip" Ward, III, F-IIBEC RRC

Chip Ward has over 39 years experience in the roofing industry and has been a member of IIBEC (formerly RCI, Inc.) since 1985 and received certification as a Registered Roof Consultant in 1993, and was President of IIBEC from 2012-2013.
​
In 1990, he established A.P. Ward Consulting, Inc., a full-service roof consulting firm, including diagnostic roof surveys, infrared thermographic roof analysis, specification for roof replacement and repair, on-site quality assurance observations, training and seminars, forensic roof, waterproofing, and exterior wall investigations, plaza-deck and below-grade waterproofing observations and occasional expert witnessing.

Pierce Ward has over seven years of experience in the roofing, waterproofing, and exterior walls industry.
Graduated from Georgia Highlands College in 2006 with an Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting along with being a member of IIBEC since 2012 and received certification as a Registered Rood Observer in 2015 and Registered Exterior Wall Observer in 2019 by IIBEC.
